No, Microsoft didn’t release a mobile version of their top selling Office suite on the Maemo platform but looks like the pre-loaded office suite on the N900 is one of the most advanced we have seen so far on a mobile device.
While not much has been talked about the office capabilities of the latest Nokia flagship device, the latest YouTube clip doing the rounds among the N900 community, shows a demonstration of the office suite pre-loaded on the N900.

Unfortunately the commentry is in French and there is no English version yet (Atleast, we were not able to find one till now). However, from the video we can see some promising features like zooming in and out from volume rocker buttons and word count. One of the major complaints with mobile Office suites has been the limited screen resolution of mobile devices but with 800×480 px resolution of the N900 makes it the perfect companion for office suites and other applications which rely on high resolution screens.
